My Background
I’m Lloyd Girardi, a commercial land developer with over a decade of experience and more than £30 million worth of property deals under my belt. Over the past 10 years, I’ve also dedicated myself to teaching others, helping thousands of people take their first steps into property development through mentoring, workshops, and live property developer course.
I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform someone’s mindset and help them go from “thinking about it” to securing their first deal.
My Approach
I believe learning to become a land developer should be practical, supportive, and built around action.
